Due to the personal, customized, spiritual, energetic, and/or consumable nature of many of our products and services, all sales are generally final.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Charged or activated products
- Customized or personalized products
- Ritual services
- Spell work
- Spiritual consultations
- Digital products
- Courses and workshops
- Downloadable materials
- Products prepared specifically for an individual
- Products charged or activated using a customer’s name, date of birth, or other personal details
Once a ritual, spell work, consultation, course, or other service has started or been completed, no refund will be provided.
For physical products, customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.
If you receive an incorrect or physically damaged product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the complete unboxing video along with photographs of the product and packaging.
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may not be accepted.
Minor variations in colour, appearance, packaging, fragrance, texture, size, or other characteristics may occur and will not generally qualify for a return or refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by Rudrakshandrituals.
Approved replacements or refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the circumstances of the individual case.
